Moong Dal 

Ingredients 

  • Moong dal - 1 cup
  • Chopped Onion -1 cup
  • Garlic - 2-3flakes
  • Kasturi meethi - 1tsp
  • Green chillies - 2-3
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
Method 
  • Cook moong dal with 2 cups of water, little salt, & garlic 
  • In a pan heat oil, add onions and fry for few minutes. 
  • Now add greenchillies, tomatoes, kasturi meethi leaves and chilli powder . 
  • After few minutes, add the mashed moong dal. 
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
