Grilled Cheese Sandwiches  

Ingredients 

  • Bread slices-6
  • A cup finely cut vegetables-carrot, onions, tomatoes, beans
  • A cupful of grated cheese
  • 2 green chillies
  • Salt
Method 
  • Take a kadai and just saute the vegetables with little oil. To this add the green chillies finely cut and salt. Fry for 1 minute. 
  • Take each slice and spread the vegetable mixture on top. On top of it add the grated cheese. Spread it fully in the shape of the bread. 
  • Preheat the oven on medium temperature and place this sandwich on the upper grill. 
  • When the cheese melts, remove from the grill.
