Pasta in Cauliflower Sauce 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cauliflower florets
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cups pasta (cooked and drained)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
Method
  • Fry onion in a 1 tbsp butter until translucent. Keep aside. 
  • Fry cauliflower in remaining butter, until soft. 
  • When cooled, grind onion and cauliflower (coarsely) in a little milk. 
  • Add salt, pepper, cheese and remaining milk to this mixture and simmer. 
  • Add boiled pasta to this cook for another 5 minutes.
