Bitter Gourd Curry  

Ingredients 

  • 5 Bitter Gourd(karela)
  • 1 Big Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1TSP Chilli Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Oil
  • Corriander Leaves
Method 
  • Cut the bitter gourd, onions and tomatoes into fine pieces. 
  • Heat oil in a pan. 
  • Put mustard seeds in the oil and once it splits up, put the onion and karela pieces . 
  • Fry till it gets half cooked. 
  • Then add tomatoes, chilli powder and salt and close pan with the lid. 
  • Once it's done garnish with Corriander Leaves and serve.
