Company is currently operating from India.

Worked in Middle East as the 'Project Manager' for a multi-national
trading company. Primary responsibility was to study the existing system
and develop a design for an integrated software solution. I have conceived
and developed the functional specifications, screen layouts, database design
and Users' Manual.

The system study revealed lacunae, which were rectified and the saving
potential on account of rectification would be $100, 000 per annum.

I am a Cost Accountant and an Associate Member of The Institute of Cost &
Works Accountants of India (equivalent to CIMA of UK). I have around 15
years of experience in handling Finance & Accounting and Consulting Services
in Corporate environment. I have strong functional skills in the area of
Financial Management, Cost Management, Corporate Finance & Accounting
functions, Internal Audit and MIS. Professionally trained on SAP Finance and
Controlling, ABAP4, I have been involved in providing training to finance
and engineering professionals in SAP.


Prior to October'99, I was associated with a Software Company in Chennai,
India, as a Consultant. The Company is engaged in the development of ERP
package for specific industries. My role predominantly was to Design
Conceptual Integration of Finance and Costing functionality and co-ordinate
with other functional modules to enable the development of a totally
integrated package. I am part of the 5 member Project Concept Design team
and the total project strength was 14 members.

Associated as a Software Constultant for companies like Infodrive Software
Ltd, Keen Computer Systems, Cybertec Creations and Micro-b Computer
Consultancy for designing, implementation and execution of their projects.

As a consultant for Advansoft Ltd., subsidiary of Advansoft Inc. USA, have
trained professionals on SAP Controlling and Finance modules and ABAP4 for
more then 750 Hours.


I have undergone extensive training in SAP Accounting Specializing in
Overhead Cost Controlling, Product Cost Controlling and Profitability
Analysis in Controlling Module and also in General Ledger, Accounts
Receivable, Accounts Payable, Closing and Reporting in Finance Module.


My functional experiences as a Cost Accountant include Design of Costing and
Management Information systems, Finalisation of Accounts, Installation of
internal controls, and Internal Audits. I was involved in handling diverse
assignments in the areas of costing and Financial Services for
manufacturing, banking, financial institutions as well as other service
organisations.


Apart from this, I was providing Consultancy services to many firms in
Europe and was the associate consultant of M/s. Globalnet, a Management
Consultancy firm based in Madrid, Spain, for a period of 7 years. My
overseas activities were mainly in export activities and joint venture
feasibility study. The joint venture feasibility study was conducted for a
group of European manufacturers of knitwear machinery having an
international accredited brand name.

Role: Project Manager

Was in Dubai as the 'Project Manager' for a multi-national trading company.
The Primary responsibility was to conduct an extensive and thorough study
of the existing systems and procedures and to stream line their activities
by defining effective and better process flows and procedures.

Based on the Study, the management was suggested in revamping their existing
systems and move towards developing an integrated solution using their in
house resources. The system study revealed lacunae, which were rectified and
the saving potential on account of rectification was estimated at $100, 000
per annum.

As a Project Manager, designed and developed a design for an integrated
package, which has been developed and implemented. My responsibilities
include designing the system, development and implementing it for the
company.

The development activity was carried out by a team of 5 members, based on
the detailed functional specifications.

I was involved in the development of an ERP package for industries involved
in Processes of Discrete Manufacturing. My role is to design specifications
for Finance and Costing functions and integrate the data flow with other

total project strength of 14.

Dec 98 till July 99

I have also been imparting training on SAP FINANCE & CONTROLLING / ABAP (4)
on part-time basis since Jan'99, for SAP Finance & Controlling for Advansoft
Ltd., subsidiary of Advansoft Inc. USA engaged in in-house training program.
I have conducted training for finance and engineering Professionals for more
than 750 hours on the SAP Implementation requirements and the product
functionality.

Simulation project on Two Wheeler Industries.

Established Cost Centers to collect costs and to arrive at the rates of
activities for activity types like assembly, repairs etc. These rates would
form the basis for Work Centers to arrive at the activity costs and finally
the product price. Planning for the year was done and compared with the
actuals to analyse the variances.

Simultaneously, using delta version, Activity Based Costing parameters were
activated to analyze the business processes for decision making purposes.

Analysis was made using both Costing based ( for product segments) and
Account based Profitability Analysis.

Special COST AUDIT on companies, appointed by the Chief Commissioner /
Commissioners of Central Excise under The Central Excise Act of India.


Scope of Audit: Study of the Costing System installed, determination of
input-output ratios, Verification of excise records, Modvat on
inputs/capital goods, Exports under VABAL and QABAL schemes, determination
of assessable value etc.


Purpose of Audit: To ensure there is no duty evasion and to protect the
interest of revenues to the Ministry of Finance.

Exports and Project Outsourcing:

Export marketing for products through M/s. Globalnet Spain and also for
joint venture proposals. Was associated with them for a period of 7 years.
Activities involved Study of the overseas clients' culture, study of
production and costing system of Indian companies, costing of products,
sending quotations and taking orders.

Outsourcing of Projects from India for European Companies: -
Market Study and Partner search in India for a European Textile Machinery
manufacturer:

Conducted an All India Feasibility Study for a joint venture for a European
Textile Machinery manufacturing company, JUMBERCA S.A., having an
internationally accredited brand name.

The study covered an overview of Indian Economy, strategy adopted by their
competitors in entering India (who are mainly from other countries),
marketing strategy to be adopted by Jumberca, Cost Comparisons, financing
patterns for projects in India and recommendations.

In charge of the Export activities in India. Globalnet is a professionally
managed Organisation based at Madrid - Spain providing varied consultancy
services to their clients based across Europe. The special areas of interest
in India were in Textiles mainly knitwear and Knitwear machinery.


Mayor Group of Companies: Delhi-based Export House.
1990 - 92

Consultant for their operations in South India.
Heading their operations in South and the nature of work covered were
product sourcing, product costing, Export documentation and other
administrative functions.
Assessing and arranging periodically the working capital needs of the
Company.
Submitting data to banks, convening consortium meeting of Bankers,
negotiating, follow-up etc, for timely release of funds. Monitoring
day-to-day requirements of funds to the Company.

Tunghabadra Steel Products Limited:
1989 - 90

Worked in Finance and in costing divisions. This company is mainly engaged
in the construction of major dams, Solar Products and Structural.

The costing method adopted is Job Costing.

Southern Railway: 1984 - 1989

Worked in different divisions of Finance. In Costing division of
Perambur Workshop & Stores, My Job responsibilities included :

b. Revision of 'Allowed Time' in production shops.
c. Study of labour force in Non-Incentive shops.
