|Roast Sour Chicken
- 600 gms. boneless chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 3 tblsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tblsp vinegar
- 2 tblsp tandoori masala
- 2 tblsp oil
Serve with steamed basmati rice or with hot butter parathas.
- Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and arrange the marinated chicken. Cover
