- One Egg
- Chopped Onions
- Chillies To Taste
- Chopped Tomato
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Serve with toast, butter and fruit-juice.
- First separate the yolk from the white without breaking the yolk.
- Then whisk the white and add all the above ingredients (except the
yolk) and whisk well.
- Heat the oil in a (non-stick) pan and then pour the egg-white mixture,
which then becomes like an omlette.
- Carefully add the egg yolk in the centre of the omlette without breaking
