Mango Pudding  

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups mango pulp
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz philly cheese cream
  • 3 packets gelatine
  • 3 cups of water
Method 
  • Dissolve gelatine in half cup of hot water, allow it to cool. 
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender including the dissolved gelatine and whip it to a smooth cosistency, pour it into a dessert dish and allow it to set in the fridge for 6-8 hours . 
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries 
Serve chilled.
