- 3 cups mango pulp
- 1 cup cool whip
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz philly cheese cream
- 3 packets gelatine
- 3 cups of water
- Dissolve gelatine in half cup of hot water, allow it to cool.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender including the dissolved
gelatine and whip it to a smooth cosistency, pour it into a dessert
dish and allow it to set in the fridge for 6-8 hours .
- Garnish with fresh strawberries
