|Ridge Gourd Chutney
- 1 med. size Ridge gourd
- 1 tbsp. Chana dal
- 1 tbsp.Urad dal 4 -5 green chillies
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp. of grated coconut
Serve with rice, Chapatis, Idlis and Dosas.
- Heat Oil, add mustard seeds, after it splutters, add Chana dal and
- Once they are done, add slit green chillies, ginger, both the leaves
and the cut ridge gourd pieces.
- Fry till done and grind in the mixie with salt, tamarind and coconut
till the required consistency.
