- 250 gms rice
- 2 tomato puree
- 10 gms ginger
- 4 piece garlic
- 4 black pepper
- 2 cloves
- 100 gms onion
- 8 tsp ghee
- Salt to taste.
- Cut onion, garlic, ginger into small pieces.
- Put a pan on stove & put ghee into it. Keep it on medium flame.
- Put onion . Fry it for 5 min. Let it turn to golden brown. Then add
garlic, ginger, black pepper, cloves, salt to it.
- After 2 min add tomato puree to it. Then add rice & fry it for
