Fish Koliwada 

Ingredients 

  • 500 gms salmon / pomfret / surmai / rawas)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Tandoori color
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 100 gms Besan
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp Amchoor powder
  • 1 tsp Ajwain
  • Very little water
Method 
  • Clean and wash fish add haldi and salt keep it for 1/2 hour. 
  • Mix all the above ingredients except fish make a thick consistency. 
  • Wash fish under water and add it to the batter leave it to marinate for 1/2 an hour. 
  • Deep fry in hot oil to reddish brown color, 
  • Sprinkle with chaat masala and lemon juice.
