- 1 Cup Sabudana
- 1/2 Potato
- 2-3 finely chopped Small Green Chilies
- 1/3 Cup Roasted Peanut Powder.
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin Seeds
- Oil to fry Vadas
- Soak the Sabudana in 1 cup of water for 4-5 hours.
- Boil the Potato and smash it to make a paste.
- Add this potato paste, green chilies, salt and cumin seeds into the
soaked Sabudana and mix it well.
- Make small vadas from this and fry them into the oil, until they
become brownish and fluffy.
