Cabbage pakoras 

Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage finely chopped
  • 4 green chillies chopped
  • 2 cup gram flour
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 small bunch coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 6 teaspoon salt (adjust the amount according to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida

Method

  • Mix the above ingredients with enough water to a thick batter. Heat oil. 
  • With a small rounded spoon drop the batter in the hot oil and deep fry under medium heat until golden brown.
