Jaggery Lemon Ginger Juice 

Ingredients 

  • Jaggery 100 gms
  • Ginger 10 gms
  • Pepper powder 2 teaspoons
  • 4 to 5 teaspoonful lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt
Method  
  • Add jaggery to 4 cups of water and stir continuously to make it dissolve. 
  • Crush ginger, add it to this water, add pepper, lemon juice and salt. 
  • Then filter this to remove ginger pieces etc. 
Serve chilled.
