Churmuri 

Ingredients 

  • Murmura - 1.5 lbs
  • Small Onion - 1 
  • Carrot - 20
  • Tomato - 2
  • Green chillies 
  • Coriander leaves- 1/2  bunch
  • Curry leaves - 5 to 6
  • Peanuts, Cashews - 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp.
Method  
  • Cut onion finely into small pieces. 
  • Grate carrots. 
  • Cut tomatoes into small pieces. 
  • Finely grind Green chillies, coriander leaves and curry leaves in a blender. 
  • Roast Peanuts and Cashews in a drop of oil till golden brown. 
  • Take and large bowl, put all the ingredients, add murmura and salt. Mix them well.
