Planetary Mixer VJHSE
This mixer is ideal for intimate blending of materials of different consistencies, viscosities, densities, shapes, & proportions, liquid / solid, solid / solid, & is achieved effectively by use of Planetary mixers. The unit is provided with S. S. bowl of suitable capacity. S. S. mixing beater having twin speed. Beater is rotated in planetary motion inside the bowl for proper mixing. The unit is supplied with S. S. contact parts and capacity from 200 to 500 litres. All models have motorised lifting and lowering arrangements for drive assembly. The bowl can be supplied with steam / water jacket as optional. Units are available in standard and GMP models. 

PLANETARY MIXER VJHSE (Vacuum Jacketed & Homogenized)

By this machine intimate & homogenous mixing of products is employed by planetary motion of beaters and centrally located homogeniser.

Equipment ideally suitable for thorough mixing of  ointments, creams, lotions, toothpastes, pharmaceutical creams, cosmetic creams, ceramics, colour pigments, ink pastes, compounds, adhesives etc. in sterile and non-sterile conditions.

Product Container is provided with jacket to heat and cool for circulation of steam / cold water. Mixer is also designed to operate under vacuum to to remove air entrapment in the product during mixing. Also the High speed disperser suitable for homogenizing the product with independent drive at the centre of the top dish.

PLANETARY MIXER JR

Useful in operations like mixing kneading, emulsifying, colour distribution, aerating, blending of different materials, can be achieved efficiently by use of VILAS'  Planetary mixers.

VILAS'  Planetary Mixer - JR are specially engineered to meet the needs of operations of small volumes of 50 to 100 litres. The beater arm is designed for optimum efficiency and output without generating frictional heat between the bowl and beater. Besides, charging and discharging of material under process is quick. The bowl can be jacketed for cooling and heating and also provided with a conical cover to avoid dusting and spillage.

Applications:
Pharmaceuticals, powders, granules, ointments, gelatin, cosmetics, food and confectionaries, soaps, and insecticides formulations, rubber, colours, and pigments, plastics, and PVC powder, metals, adhesives, and coating compounds.
