- LeftOver Dal
- 1/2 cup each of Wheat flour, Rice flour, Gram flour
- A clove of garlic ( grated or finely cut)
- 2 green chillies ( finely cut)
- Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Serve with Ketchup or cocnut chutney or pickle.
- Add all the igredients including 1/2 tsp. oil together.
- For deep frying, roll into small puris and deep fry in kadai.
- For shallow frying, add water if necessary so as to make the mixture
- Put a little oil on a griddle and spread 2 tblspns ( or as appropriate)
of the mixture.
- Turn and add 2-3 drops of oil at the sides.
