- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1/4 th cup rice flour
- 1 cup jaggery
- half coconut grated
- 5-6 elaichi powdered
- Add jaggery to two cups of water in a vessel in stove and keep stirring
till completely dissolved.
- Keep it down and when little warm add wheatflour, rice flour, coconut
and elaichi powder. Mix everything very well.
- Keep the tawa and pour the batter little thick and pour ghee on top.
Turn over slowly. Let both sides be light red.
