Semolina Pancakes 

Ingredients 

  • 2 Cups semolina
  • 1 cup fresh curd
  • 1 cup cooked corn or 1 teacup chopped cabbage
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soda-bi-carb
  • 2 teaspoon ghee/oil
  • 2 pinch asafetida
  • Salt 
    For Garnishing  
  • Grated carrot
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
Method  
  • Mix the semolina and curd with 1 teacup of water and leave aside for 5 to 6 hrs 
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix very well. 
  • Prepare small pancakes on a non-stick fry pan using little ghee. 
  • Sprinkle grated carrot and coriander while cooking 
  • Seive. 
Serve very hot
