Black Pepper Rasam 

Ingredients 

  • Black Pepper 10 nos
  • Jeera 1 teaspoon
  • Red Chillies 3 nos
  • Garlic 10 pieces
  • Coconut Powder 1 teaspoon 
  • Salt 
  • Curry leaves for Seasoning
  • Mustard seeds little
  • Tamarind 1 Teaspoon
  • Jaggery 1 Teaspoon
Method  
  • Grind Black pepper, Jeera, Red chillies, Coconut, & 2-3 pieces of Garlic and make into fine paste. 
  • Fry remaining Garlic & add the Paste you prepared 
  • Add Tamarind, Jaggery & Water to the fried Masala 
  • Boil the content for about 15 min 
  • Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with rice.
