- 10 Beans cut into long pieces
- 2 Carrots cut into long pieces
- 4 Onions cut into long pieces
- 5 Potatoes cut into long pieces
- Tomato sauce , Soya bean sauce
- Salt , Pepper
- One pinch ajinomoto
- Mustard seeds
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Fry potatoes and keep aside.
- After this heat 7-8 tablespoons of oil and put the mustard seeds
- After they have started bursting, add the onions, carrots and beans.
- Add salt and pepper and let the vegetables soften.
- Then add the potatoes and the sauces.
- Put it into the serving bowl and garnish.
