Fried Arvi
Ingredients
8 to 10 arvi
4tbsp ghee or oil
1/2 tsp ajwain seeds
Fresh ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Method
Boil arvi with skin on.
Peel and slice arvi.
Heat ghee in a pan , add ajwain seeds. Add arvi and fry, add salt and black pepper
Serve hot with spinach dal and hot roti.
