|Brussel Sprouts Fry
- 7-9 burssel sprouts
- Urad dal
- Channa dal
- Mustard seeds
- 4-5 green chillies
- Powdered coconut
- Cut brussel sprouts into small nice piece and keep aside.
- Take 2-3 tsp oil and warm the oil.
- Then add mustard seeds, channa dall and urad dall and let them fry
till they are brown.
- Then add cut green chillies.
- Then add the finest cut brussel sprouts and fry for about 15 minutes
( until it is done. Does not take long to cook ).
- Once done, add salt and powdered coconut.
